Responsible welding supervisor according to DIN EN ISO 14731
Execution of certifications according to DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 3834-2, AD 2000-Merkatt HP 0, DIN EN 13445-4, DIN EN 13480-4, ASME Section VIII, China Manufacturer License
Qualification of welding processes and welders
Quality control of welding activities during manufacturing
Preparation of inspection and test plans
Point of contact for client inspectors and the notified body
Determination, preparation and coordination of necessary nondestructive examinations
Point of contact for welding and material questions for clients and all inhouse departments
Check of drawings and client specifications in terms of welding, quality and nondestructive examination requirements
Optimization of welding processes and manufacturing steps in our fabrication
Execution of quality inspections at subcontractors
Preparation of the vessel documentation

Successfully completed engineering studies, if possible in the field of mechanical engineering, ideally with a focus on joining technology, welding or production technology or materials technology
Qualification as international welding engineer
Ideally, several years of professional experience in a similar environment
Knowledge of code and standards for pressure vessels
Experience with nondestructive examinations such as VT, RT, UT and MT
Teamplayer
Good knowledge of German and English desirable
